Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service provided by TechnoloJah Modern Innovation Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, partners, and clients.

TechnoloJah provides technology solutions through its XiPer Ecosystem (cryptography, AI, identity, communications) and human development services through its Earthly Solutions Division (life guidance, financial stability, family support, community empowerment). Specific service terms may apply to individual products.

Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, comply with all applicable laws, and refrain from unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of our platforms. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

All content, technology, protocols, and materials provided by TechnoloJah are protected by intellectual property laws including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. No license is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement. Our proprietary technologies remain our exclusive property.

TechnoloJah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platforms or via email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. For international users, additional local consumer protection laws may apply.
