TechnoloJah maintains a responsible disclosure program. We value the security community's contribution to protecting our platforms and users.
Report vulnerabilities to security@technolojah.com with a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and potential impact assessment.
Allow us a reasonable timeframe (90 days) to address reported vulnerabilities before any public disclosure.
Do not exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users.
Act in good faith. Research conducted in accordance with this policy will not result in legal action from TechnoloJah.
We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide status updates every 72 hours during active investigation.
This disclosure policy covers all TechnoloJah web properties, APIs, mobile applications, and infrastructure components. Third-party services integrated with our platforms should be reported directly to their respective providers.
